SCHEDULE ALERT Memorial Day is Monday, May 30 Alec front squat
“Murph” (9 am and 10 am classes only)
5×5 Push press (add 10 to 20 pounds each set)
at 40 past the hour
EMOM for 12 minutes of:
Death by Squat cleans (95/135)
*If you can squat clean more than (175/255) please use (115/165)
*If you fail to complete a set, please rest the next minute and continue doing half as many squat cleans
as you completed in the previous set for the remaining of the 12 minutes.
