5 negative pullups (descent should take 5 seconds, athlete should go the same speed throughout the movement )
at 40 past the hour
In teams of 2
6 rounds of:
15 wall balls
15 calorie row
Athlete 1 rows, while athlete 2 does wall balls, switch and that is one round
(scale/modify to complete in under 15 min)

N.- 5 rounds of
200 meter sandbag carry
20 air squats
