We often get asked, “What is CrossFit?”
CrossFit is a fitness program that prepares you for any physical challenge-for the unknown. The program incorporates various movements performed at high intensity that utilize full range of motion. Routine is our enemy! CrossFit also produces a community as athletes perform the workouts together. So, what are some of our basic movements?

CrossFit movements are very technical. The best way to reduce risk of injury is to have proper technique. Therefore, anyone new to CrossFit must complete 5 introductory classes before participating in regular classes.
